Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore - Review

Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore
Rating: E - Everyone

With a villainess with a name like Kitty Galore - I expected something glamorous maybe one of James Bond beauties or even Carmen Santiago - nope. I spent my time in a side scroller playing a dog, a cat and a pigeon. True, HQ has a bunch of dogs running around what looks like a office/lab and there is training, Bond parodies and such but, it's still a side scroller. The dog pushes objects, the cat double jumps and the pigeon flies when you press the B button repeatedly. The touch screen is used only for changing the screen - which gives the game a Game Boy Nintendo feel. When someone gives you lemons - make lemonade, when someone gives you a DS - use the screen.

If you loved the movie - you might like the game.

Fun Factor: Don't know how good the movies was but the game lacks spirit
Female Factor: Cats are the female characters for good and evil
Player Friendly: Manual was written as though the writer had never played the game. Could this be a possibility?
