Championship Motocross - 2001 featuring Ricky Carmichael
Ages 6 or older

This game, which features pro rider Ricky Carmichael, is great if you are interested in extreme sports but anyone can enjoy it to. With many event options to choose from, you are so likely to find one you like, especially if you like racing games. You can select a real Motocross pro, like Ricky or Bryan King, and even a real track, like Glen Helen in California or Broome-Tioga in New York. You can race in a single event, in a championship and even the THQ U.S. Open, trying to win first place! Also, there is a Freestyle option, in which you can perform tricks to earn points. You can ride as Carey Hart or Jeff Tilton and do such tricks as a Hart Attack, a Can Can, or a Cordova. Once you get used to them, the controls were easy to use, but you do have to refer to the instruction booklet to get the buttons for the freestyle tricks. But all in all, this is a fun game that can keep you busy for a long time!
