Scene It? Lights, Camera, Action
Ages: Teen

The holidays are coming and so companies think of ways to increase the fun sharing quality of games – don't just play by yourself. With the new four person movie quiz game Scene it -- Lights, Camera Action, the most delicious part is holding the controller. With animated quiz games like these, the first answer wins, and the Xbox 360 and the controller not only eliminates any potential disputes but also tallies up the score. Besides the big fat "Buzz In" button, running down the grip are A, B, X, and Y buttons. Some quizzes just use the letter buttons and the fat button also functions as a directional pad. The controller is such fun that I hope Microsoft makes more games for it. It's an animated game, you have 4 seconds after buzzing in to make your selection – if you are wrong, the others are free to buzz.

With a single topic – movies, one might wonder how varied can the game be. Let me count the ways – 21 varieties. They range from puzzlers on the titles, distortions of the images, clip scenes, songs, slogans – a very clever presentation of how to play with the movies. The designers must have loved movies.

Fun Factor: A challenge for those who think they know everything about movies.
